Quality Management System

This system ensures compliance with cleaning specifications, standards and contractual obligations. It enables Adams to quickly identify and rectify non-conformances and facilitates a process of continuous improvement.


Safety Management System

In order to achieve our goal of Zero Harm, Adams has implemented a Safety Management System which complies with the requirements of AS/NZS 4801:2001. This system is strongly aligned with our Quality Management System, ensuring that our services are delivered safely, as well as efficiently.  

Adams also maintains external accreditation with CM3, who assess our systems and issue a compliance certificate, which also complies with AS/NZS 4801:2001.


Environmental Management System

In support of this goal, Adams has implemented an Environmental Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 14001:2004. This system drives the continuous improvement of our environmental performance in accordance with our environmental objectives and targets.
